I took a small trip down to the Salton sea two years ago to check out an abandoned small town. Back in the day, this town was prime real estate as the Salton sea became one of the hottest spots. But the lake collected so much salt that fish even had a hard time living. The once popular spot became abandoned and a popular spot for vandals. Below the images show the aftermath of what once was. At the end, you will see that you can still find beauty in a place full of destruction.
